They have a good quality control, and they store is nice and organized at the same time, which facilitates customers navigation through the store.

Cost

Walmart's main motto is "Save Money. Live Better." They pride themselves on everyday low prices. They are able to keep their prices low because they are able to keep their operations cost low.

Flexibility

Walmart is product flexible and volume flexible. Walmart has a wide variety of products at their customers disposal. One is able to purchase everything from medication, clothing, food, home décor, toys, and electronics in one trip. due to the size of their stores and warehousing, it enables them to have volume flexibility. During natural disasters, or during peak seasons, such as Christmas and back to school, they are able to support high volumes of inventory, yet on the other hand they are more than capable to handle day-to-day volume.

Time

Walmart works very hard to make sure they are constantly stocked and have the products that their customers demand. They are able to coordinate and receive multiple shipments a day. Also, they have been working on decreasing their online delivery time to customers.
