We would like to thank and show some appreciation to Touraine Jones, the operation manager at the Walmart Supermarket, Teterboro, NJ Store #3159 for allowing us to take a moment of her time to interview her and part of the team. She was very helpful and willing to help us get a better understanding of how Walmart operates. She received a high school diploma and attended college for one year. She has worked for Walmart for nine years and in this specific store for a year and a half. Her major responsibilities consist of leading, planning future projects, and controlling the entire store.
